To win an election in Nigeria, a Presidential candidate has to secure at least 25% of votes in 2/3 of the states of the country and also win the most votes in the first round.
I've gone through the election results and calculated them based on percentages.Here is the breakdown based on the percentage each party received in the 2015 Presidential election.Borno state
